"Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable. La vue sur l'etna est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région de Catane. Le parking est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il y avait de tout à volonté. Le petit plus est la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sur place qui est excellent ! A refaire sans hésiter. "

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. Don’t be put off by the scruffy surroundings and grafittied exterior, as the internal courtyard where breakfast is served is a quiet oasis and we had a room which opened onto it. Room was large and comfortable, buffet breakfast very good. Communication was good. We’d asked about a kettle and one was provided. Female receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets."

"Ett fantastiskt hotell på en fantastisk plats. Vi ville knappt gå från vår balkong med den underbara utsikten över Etna. Personalen är familjära och mycket trevliga och poolområdet har skön stämning, en fin pool och trevlig bar. Fem minuters promenad till byn med vackra vyer. Bra restaurang i anslutning till hotell med god mat och fin service. Bra och stor frukost men hade vi fått önska något vore det lite bättre lunch. "

"Excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, rooms tastefully decorated and furnished and the swimming pool was such a relaxing space during the hot weather of our visit. Oh and views of Mt. Etna were stunning. The hotel shuttle bus for a small fee was essential due to the location up the hill. "

"Loved the property. But gaining entrance was problematic. The front gate/entryway is pedestrian only which we did not know beforehand. And that's where Google maps dumps you. You need to go to the parking lot (parcheggio) down the road from the main entrance and be buzzed in to the lot by the front desk. But no one tells you that. And the sign for the lot is small. So beware."
