"Hotel was kept up pretty well and my room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast is just average. And I was unhappy with the coffee. Very watered down. But I like that there is a coffee station available throughout the day but they need a better brand of coffee or have someone make it correctly. Picked this hotel because it’s close to Mohegan Sun and that worked out well."

"We had never been to Niantic before but seeing how many repeat guests came here was a testament to everything we experienced as well. What an amazing B&B. Everyone was so friendly, the room had nice touches with a cringe fan, rockers on the porch, beautiful decor, great water pressure in the shower, and a fan and drawers in the bathroom (one of my biggest pet peeves in most hotels!). "The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night."

"Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. "We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler."

"The hotel is centrally located to many of the areas attraction. Unfortunately, however the hotel is located in a section of town that I did not feel particularly safe to walk off the grounds."

"When I walked into the room it was not what I was expecting based on the photos and description. The sheets were clean and the shower pressure was good, but the general maintenance of the room was not good and I had to wipe the surfaces down because they were not clean. The bathroom was much different than what is pictured."

"The property was recently remodeled and was beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the marina from the outside decks which offered dining and drinking options. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and nicely updated. We took advantage of the limousine service to downtown. The driver, Gerard, was very friendly and very knowledgable about the town. He took us to a local restaurant that we loved and then promptly picked us up after we called him."
