"Hotel was kept up pretty well and my room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast is just average. And I was unhappy with the coffee. Very watered down. But I like that there is a coffee station available throughout the day but they need a better brand of coffee or have someone make it correctly. Picked this hotel because it’s close to Mohegan Sun and that worked out well."

The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives. 10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean. The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. "

"The hotel is centrally located to many of the areas attraction. Unfortunately, however the hotel is located in a section of town that I did not feel particularly safe to walk off the grounds."

"We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler."

"The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night."

"Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. ...

"The pool was the highlight of the hotel. It was warm and open. I only saw a buffet style breakfast although the restaurant is advertised to be open early. The bar and where I expected to be able to get food was open after midnight on Wednesday, but closed by 9 on Thursday. I had to order food delivered instead. The room was worn. The floor was bumpy under the rug. The bathroom sink stopper was not connected and the faucet leaked on the counter. The shower needs work. Overall, the desk staff was...

"Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. The AC units numbers are very bright and will light up the room at night, we ended up placing a towel over it. Initially, we thought the...
