"Paid extra for a room with a fireplace. The fireplace was not working. Breakfast was not worth the time to check it. The room was clean if you did not look to close.
I have stayed here once before. I thought that maybe this could be a new go to when visiting Santa Fe. After this visit I will have to think twice. I will try them again to see if this experience, a not so good one, or my last experience, a good one, is how they operate."

"My stay was wonderful. The hotel is literally in the heart of old town, yet it was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was exceptional as were the perks (sherry happy hour! Breakfast made to order!) The bed was comfortable - which is not often the case in a hotel. I will definitely stay here again!"
