The one item that was less than stellar was that my room hadn't fully been cleaned yet, but I was doing early check in. Fast Eddy-Bellhop, Thurston & AJ-concierge and Francisco at the Ambler were FANTASTIC!"

The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating. I could go on and on about the great things in the room, but you will have to see for yourself. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else when I come back to San Antonio.
