"Safety concern was that the room door was open when we arrived so i had my family stay by the elevator while i checked out the room. When i went inside it looks like someone had come in and jumped all over the bed it was messy. We slipped in the bathroom numerous times and the door did not latch right so we had to keep the door open most times. There is no really free amenities except for the pool and fitness but it was freezing cold couldnt stay more than 10 min. And then the people around us...

"Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work. "

"This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

"No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. "

"Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower...
