Not a 3 star but not a 5 either.

Only stayed to sleep after a 16 hour drive. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Got two breakfast vouchers randomly but sadly didn’t get to use them due to sleeping in. Lobby decor was lovely but can’t say the same with the room decor, for some reason they have Lady Gaga on the wall which doesn’t fit the vibes & also don’t wanna see her. No microwave in the room & didn’t wanna bother going on a scavenger hunt to find one so I ate my leftovers cold. Shower was nice, they have full pump bottles not just small travel size ones. Bed was comfortable. I had a nightmare about evil eyes watching me but most likely unrelated.

I would stay again.

They room was nice, staff was friendly, the restaurant had some standard food. The reason it gets a 4 and not a 5 is the Wifi didnt work. We were on the fourth floor at the end of a hall and had 0 bars. They definitely need some boosters to improve the signal. But its in an area if you dint want hotel food there are options and some good shopping as well.

Hotel was newer so modern. Most front desk staff were amazing! There was one who I’m hoping was just having a bad night - we needed pool towels and she was not nice or helpful. Restaurant seemed overwhelmed with guests and not enough servers - servers were very nice and I felt bad.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The pool was a slight issue. It was so full of chlorine every person in our entire group of 20+ people had a hard time breathing. The kids walked out of the pool room coughing and the scent of chlorine burned all of our eyes. The only other smaller complaint I have is that we attempted to have the breakfast (which is over priced and all the same things are free at other hotels), however, they were out of plates and none came in a timely manner so we went for fast food. Though I am writing of the negative things, I would absolutely come back because of how clean it was and how friendly the staff was.

Check in went fine. Usually this chain has continental breakfast or such included, but not the case here. Chose a room with a fridge for that purpose since we had a quick morning turnaround, but a microwave would’ve been appreciated in the room. My mistake for just assuming there would be, as previous experiences at other locations had microwaves in conjunction with a fridge. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

My daughter arrived at the hotel to find out she couldn’t check in because she was not 21. She was 20 years old and taking my younger daughter on a tour of St ambrose University. The woman at the counter gave her a hard time I got on the phone and verified that I was the one who made the reservation and she still would not let them Check in for the room
