"Amazing stay! It's a small 8-room hotel, beautifully designed and with a hard-to-beat location. The bedroom and bathroom are large and very comfortable. You step out right into the section of Tirana castle that's now a little street of restaurants and shops. Turn left and walk through them and you'll be in the Square in about 5 mins, turn right and walk 5 mins to the Pyramid, and Kometiti cafe. The staff are super helpful and sorted out a shuttle to the airport for me leaving at 5am. If you want...

"Wonderful stay at the Crown Boutique in Tirana. Perfect location to central Tirana, clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, hot shower and modern look. Strong air conditioning was very welcomed. Sauna, steam room and hot tub was a great way to relax. Breakfast included for hotel guests was fantastic at the rooftop restaurant/bar."

"The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort...

"The room was quite basic and the pictures online make it look better than it actually is. That said, it was fine for a one-night stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge — we paid €20 for two nights of underground parking, which wasn’t the cheapest option. The welcome desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience 3/5."

The staff make this place, extremely helpful and polite whether it be front of house, breakfast room staff or cleaners going about their day, everyone took the time to say hello. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room. Room itself was fab, clean and bed super comfy, we had a small balcony which was lovely in the evening.
