"First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and...

"Generally a good hotel. A little bit tired in places and missing some amenities (e.g. kettle / iron) that you would expect to find. Location very much made up for that though abd the staff were friendly and helpfull."
