"The room was very clean and the bed had lovely sheets. The shower was very good. However the main problem was there was no place to have breakfast, I was informed of this on my way to the hotel! As we came by train we could not go and find a place for breakfast. Staff told us there was a cafe where we could eat 2 minutes up the road, it was not a cafe but a service station that sold hot pies. Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains up the walls from coffee (I hope) Aircon in all rooms would make it much more comfortable and the rest could be overlooked. Staff were fantastic though."

The bathroom was up two steps, which felt weird and the shower area had black mould on a couple of tiles. The floor was extremely uneven, it made us feel like we were on a ship that was listing!
