"Do not book here. I booked 10 months in advance and when we arrived they couldn’t find my booking. Given a room on 2nd floor, in direct sunlight so it was like a sauna, but they did give us a fan. Arrived back at midnight to find gates closed and locked. Had to call someone to unlock the gate and let us in. "Comfy bed, nice big shower, welcoming and helpful staff. For a short cheap night stay after a wedding, it was everything I needed."

"Ok but do NOT book in the summer!! Only one room has air con and the heated towel rail can not be turned off! Even with the fuse removed (owner advised we remove). This made the bathroom ridiculous hot which filtered through to the room. Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains up the walls from coffee (I hope) Aircon in all rooms would make it much more comfortable and the rest could be overlooked. Staff were fantastic though."

"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. "The hotel was alright but charging nearly a tenner to park in their own car park is a joke. Good breakfast albeit another £30. Had to spend nearly the room cost again to park and eat. Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again"
