"Great property! Good location, clean and up to date hotel, friendly staff!"

"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

"Parking was difficult. The stall were so small cars were within 5 inches of each other. Not enough stalls for all the rooms The ac was very loud when it was on and right next to thebed freezing my wife when it was on. Then when it was off the room would get really hot fast. The staff was rude and told me i should have requested extra bedding when i check in and had to wait till morning to receive them. "Nice quick stay but housekeeping knocked and tried to come back in to our at exactly 900am which I found rude. Check out is 1200. We had been out late for a concert and were trying to sleep in. "

"The room was clean and spacious and the location is great. But it's a real bummer not to be able to make tea in my room. I woke up hours before the cafe was open. Also staff's suggestion that I use street parking was not super helpful as the max time is 2 hours. I found a pay lot a block away where I could have parked all day for relatively cheap so that info up front would have been helpful."

"The upside - We were told that the property was recently purchased and they are trying to make the necessary updates. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside - We were on the third floor and the elevator did not work. The door to enter the building to go upstairs was on the outside of the building. It was necessary to prop it open to give us the ability to enter. That also allowed access to all of the homeless in the area or...

"The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. "

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"

"A flop house comes to mind when I think of this property. Ussually cab drivers know their town and mine was leery of the place. “watch your belongings” was his words of wisdom, but with only one other person in the shared dorm I was less vigilant. The storage locker was too small for my Rollie. Suffice it to say the room was clean, comfortable and quiet just over the river from the hustle of Portland. "
