"Great place"

"A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area."

"Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat."

"Arrived after a horrendous journey of over 12 hours, during which an international flight from Germany was diverted twice and landed in PHL. Check-in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. "Room was tired. Looked like there might have been some water damage in the bathroom. Also WiFi was not easy to access in room and needed help from staff. Staff were nice."
