"I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...

"Amrit from the Lobby Café delivered outstanding, personalized service throughout our two days at the Lobby Lounge. His attentiveness and ability to remember my tea preference after the first day reflected true professionalism. Lynah, Ambassador on 31/01/26 and Receptionist on 01/02–02/02, was equally commendable, explaining room facilities, fulfilling requests with follow-up, and respecting privacy.
However, Room 6008 had several issues. Breakfast on 01/02/26 lacked butter and featured a poorly...

"Hotel menyediakan towel mandi yg agak rendah kualiti (nipis & lama). Hotel juga menyediakan tisu tandas yg terhad, hanya cukup utk dua(2) orang pengguna.
Pada saya pilihan makanan utk minum pagi juga tidak setimpal dg hotel 4*."

"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy."
