We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! Parking is a problem after midnight
"They closed all access to the parking after midnight and i had to go around the midvalley for numerous times just to find the entrance to the parking. When i asked the security, they pointed to Gate 2 but it was closed as well. After several rounds, went and see the security at the lobby again and he said it is open without even checking it. Had to argue for some time before he finally reached out to mall security to help and open the gate. Please improve. "
