"Location was excellent, very close to the Cathedral which is beautiful and just a short walk to the riverside for a beautiful walk along the river. All the staff were extremely friendly. The Manager was so helpful and we couldn't fault the other staff who were welcoming and friendly. We had an evening meal which was delicious and the breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was clean and comfortable."

"A nice, modern resort hotel. Linked to the fact that it’s in the country, flies were a problem. Most of the staff were really professional and courteous, but eating in the restaurant was a bit of a challenge - I had other diners’ food delivered to me because the waiting staff couldn’t remember the table numbers. Noisy at night, with corridors that amplify the noise. But a comfortable and clean room."
