"Las chicas son muy amable y es un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido así que se puede descansar bastante bien. Al frente tienen como una cafetería de un señor y su esposa y venden comida 100% Colombiana y a un excelente precio. Lo recomiendo al 100 lo único que deberían mejorar es que si uno se va a quedar Más de 5 días y pide cambiar las sábanas deberían hacerlo sin problema ya que no es limpieza de habitación si no cambio de sábana. Luego de eso todo perfecto y sin más quejas. "

"Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is a standard, basic South American hotel. Good value. The neighborhood is interesting and safe during the day. It's located near the metro. It's not safe at night. I had a great time but understand that the neighborhood looks scary because of homeless people and troubled people but it's actually safe during the day. I had no issues but I stayed in at night. "Casa en el árbol. Es una cabaña rústica, tal como se ve en la foto. Al estar en medio de la naturaleza, en una finca con animales (vacas y caballos), es normal encontrar insectos y olores asociados. La cabaña es muy ámplia, tiene una vista espectacular. Puede hacer algo de frío en la noche, aunque nada que las cobijas no resuelvan. El jacuzzi estuvo muy bien, aunque sería bueno tener un camino fácil de caminar descalso entre el jacuzzi y la cabaña (esta queda arriba del jacuzzi, y toca caminar...

"I was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10"

"What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!"

"El hotel acogedor, bueno y las áreas limpias, lo que no me gusto: deberían limpiar las habitaciones todos los días o colocar suficientes toallas y papel sanitario en las habitaciones. Solo tuvimos una toalla por persona para toda una semana, hubo que pedir papel sanitario en dos ocasiones y el desayuno considero debería ser más temprano, todo lo demás estuvo excelente. "

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star!
