"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Great ammeneries. Having breakfast included was excellent and having the shuttle to the airport was great as well. Except the driver of the shuttle. He was NOT friendly and in fact was VERY rude to a person in our party. We arrived at the airport and he did not let us know what stop was ours. He could have spoken up and said whst airlines he was stopped at. Then when he unloaded our luggage at the airport he was giving very sly looks to this person in our party! I was appalled actually. We all tipped him a small amount but he was NOT deserving of it ( he would have gotten much larger tip for sure if he treated us better). Not a nice way to end our vacation. Very upset with what happened. We left today April 27th on the 8am shuttle if you need to know who drove us."

"The brioche French toast was exceptional. The food we had for supper at the Mexican restaurant was incredible starting with the spicy crab guacamole. Rooms were clean and the ocean view was good. Can’t say enough good about the staff. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. "

"No power for over 12 hours with zero updates. Woman at the desk was impolite"

"It gives off the appearance of beach across the street(which it is), but you can only access it in certain spots. If you dont mind walking a little bit carrying your beach stuff then its a great place for the price."

"This is a self service hotel in every way. You will bus your own dishes, get your own towels, make your own bed, take out your own trash. If you need an iron you will go get it and bring it back to your room. Housekeeping is not included. We prefer amenities while on vacation. Other than that, room was fine. Great location. Nice pool and beach access. "
