"Stayed with our two older teen daughters. Room was as described and clean. There were two elevators and quite a walk to the wing we were In and no luggage carts so we took a couple trips which was a little annoying but not impossible. The pools were nice as were the hot tubs. Parking was free which was a nice change in PC. Very close to the amphitheater. Check in took a little long because we booked through Expedia but they were very nice. I would stay here again."

"The hotel has great location but desperately needs renovation. Everything was quite shabby, especially the bathroom. Heating could not adjusted (hot like a sauna when I arrived) so had to keep windows open in the middle of winter. The staff adjusted it a bit eventually. Overpriced. "

"My wife and I visited in the summer. It’s a great location if you’re like us and enjoy leaving the car parked after exploring the parks etc. It was pretty clean; for sure the floors need a thorough mopping. Everything else was good. Excellent sized condo, good layout etc."

"Beautiful area and property. Amazing games and shared areas. Teens loved to play pool and shuffleboard and the little one loved the arcade room. Great spot for families. Really unfortunate that the hot tub was closed while we were there. Pool is small. Unfortunately the wifi was inconsistent and downright terrible some nights, and the cable TV almost never worked. Was frustrating but we got there late most nights so not a big deal. Overall a great place to stay."

"This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room.
