Condo was very spacious, somewhat dated and had 1 private bedroom and 2 bathrooms which was a huge plus. Large dining table which was awesome. Tiny kitchen. A little dusty and several lightbulbs out when we arrived which they fixed right away. Fireplace didn’t work, had maintenance come back twice to fix and then just gave up. Front desk staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful, and the front desk area and lobby is lovely with coffee, tea and hot chocolate and several sitting areas and work stations. Hot tub was nice. Also the room only had baseboard heaters with no thermostat, so the room was super cold when we arrived and took many hours to warm up. We are from Florida so that was difficult. Great location walking distance to Payday lift area and rental shop which was convenient, but we ended up driving to Canyons anyway due to lack of terrain being open so didn’t really get to use that benefit too much.

Parking is pretty minimal and depending on where your room is, you may not be anywhere close. The room was clean and had good space but it hasn’t been updated in a while. You hear your neighbors pretty clearly, especially if they are right above you. Also we had a room right above the pool and it had a pretty distinct musty smell.

Well priced but would explore other options first

We needed a place to stay for the night and this was fine. Parking was not an issue and it was a pleasant (although hilly) walk to the center of Park City for dinner and coffee the following morning. I think for the price, it was fine for the one night we needed a place to sleep but I think I'd look closely at other options in the area if I were returning. The hotel lobby area was very nice and in good shape but the room could use some investment. It was a rather warm day and we weren't able to get the A/C to cool the room properly so we had some difficulties sleeping. We opened the window but we were by the pool so it was a bit noisy. The ceiling of the room also looked like it was suffering from some sort of damage, with a large crack across the entire ceiling and it was clear that someone had previously used the kitchenette to cook as everything in the room smelled like semi-burnt food.
