I really liked the look and feel of the hotel overall. It was easy to access for the highway, though it sneaks up on you. The fireplace in the lobby was great on a cold rainy day. My room was nice, bed and pillows were great. I struggled with the shower for a while. The hot and cold were labeled opposite. Good strong coffee and the complimentary breakfast didn’t suck. Staff was ok. Not a lot of enthusiasm. I know it’s off season, just would have been nice to feel more welcome. I’d stay here again for sure.

I have always loved the restaurant but never stayed here. Luckily got some last minute skiing in and had the oppprtunity to stay. Just slightly unfortunate that construction project was underway just down the hall. I guess not great timing on my part . Staff a bit not knowledgeable but kind. Pool and hot tub are great. Restaurant still great! Breakfast while very glad it was there is just ok.

Not as advertised. On the website it looked like a very sleek, new and clean hotel nested in the mountain with lots of conveniences. In reality, the hotel is right on the highway. Room was overlooking the highway and the cars and busses running. All night we could hear the noise from the cars, busses and trucks drivining by. We asked for a room on the other side, but were told that they are renovating that area, so that would be noisier. The room was ok, but the shower area was moldy and very unsanitary looking. We had to lay a towel on the shower floor to step on. Pool and hot tub was right on the highway separated from it by a fence. All services advertised were not available The description did not mention that. Even when I called the hotel prior to booking, they did not mention as well. The shuttle to the ski area was not running, the ski rental on site was not running. Everything that was described on the property site that we came for was not available. The front desk was very polite, but coukd not change anything. We stayed 1 night and checked out and went to a different hotel. We had prepayed for 7 nights. Noone contacted us for any adjustment etc. Very disappointing experience.
