It is a hotel yhat delivers more to you than the orice you are paying. Rooms are pretty good and function well, service is unique as all the employees smile and try to help, which is not obvious. Staff was mostly great. Front desk and concierge were great. When I asked for a couple of towels from housekeeping in the hall, It seemed to be such an inconvenience that they actually made a face and sighed. Then I asked for another one because I needed 2 and that was even worse. Outside of these 2 people, the rest of housekeeping was great.
