The overall experience was good. The room wasn’t as expected, I purchased a two bed room for 2 people but the beds were pushed together in the room and formed one, and for some people that’s misleading. The staff were nice enough, but didn’t have much patience for people that were foreign. I would stay here again, but it probably wouldn’t be my first pick.

The property was clean and close to transport links. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice. My main complaint is there were not enough plug sockets in the room for 2 people

The front of house staff and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and do a wonderful job. The hotel is a little hard to find, but it is very clean, thanks to its hard working staff. The problem is that the hotel is beginning to show its age. furniture had bits hanging off, the duvet cover had a hole, the lifts had this odd quirk of cancelling the floor you'd chosen and just taking you to the top of the building. Oh, I forgot, The beds are far too soft and the lift that brings you up from street level, honestly I don't think that has been cleaned since the day it was installed. Would I stay here again? Yes, because of the lovely, hardworking staff and the location ... but come on Accor Hotels, you can do better than this ... someone please arrange a refurb for this hotel

the room is a joke, it is super small, uncomfortable and just ugly the bathroom was even smaller - the room was clean but I also was shocked that no safe was in the room. the location is Average - the complex is overloaded with people and the breakfast options are just sad, specially when you are a vegan

Breakfast was fine with a decent selection. But the room was very run down and old. I had only one outlet at the room that was far from the bed and then had to unplug the tv to get a second plug. Not even a outlet in the bathroom for any hair tools. Also my room key stopped working every night where I had to go back to reception and they renewed it.

It's a quite rundown hotel with simple rooms but good beds. The service level was quite bad with a closed bar (Saturday during soccer world cup) and medioker food at the best. Breakfast was ok but not more. If you're looking for a place to sleep it's ok, but don't expect anything more.

The hotel was okay as a budget option. The area immediately around felt safe and there were some nice bars and restaurants to have meals. The staff were friendly and helpful and all (on reception at least) seemed to speak fluent English. Parking facilities were excellent (importantly, our slightly larger than average car could fit!) and moderately priced. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was mold on the surrounds of the windows and a fairly disgusting drains smell in the bathroom (which was separate from the toilet). In all, pretty basic accommodation to suit a small budget, but I couldn't recommend if you had the opportunity to opt for something a little better.

Stayed 3 nights. A very basic room, decent air conditioning, basic amenities. If you’re a bigger person very hard to get into the bathroom, had to walk into the shower to shut the door. That said we didn’t spend much time in room as you’re out all day. great location!! Close to RER, metro, cafes, grocery, patisseries. Friendly neighborhood
