Quiet area and a bit far from the most tourists areas but very easy to get around in the metro or bus.

Good place overall if planning to visit Vatican City and Roma sound rounding attractions , good staff and breakfast include was also great during our stay .Fully recommended
Great priced room about 5 minutes walk from the metro. Great sized room with seperate shower and toilet cublicles. I got a breakfast with my booking for each morning and it was a really nice selection.
This Ibis hotel is a little farther from the attractions than some might like but it is great value. I'd not hesitate to recommend if you just want a cheap room to rest your head.
Vincennes is quite a pretty area but the area just north of the hotel, near a big Carrefour, was a little unpleasant.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The good: The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is well located between two Metro lines and allows you to be quickly in the city centre.
The bad: The hotel is directly located next to a big motorway, therefore it is very loud.
There also is an outdoor music venue right next door and they play loud music at times till midnight.
The other issue is that the rooms get very warm and stuffy, cause there is absolutely no ventilation.
So at night you have to choose between a loud or hot room.
The room was not very clean and the bedding and towels had stains.
The bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and smells like a public bathroom.
Basics such as a kettle and iron not provided by default but you can go to reception and borrow them for a 10 Euro returnable deposit each. Everyone friendly except cleaning staff. Cleaning staff entered room despite us not displaying sign to come and clean. Asked for an extra towel and cleaner very unfriendly and gestured money. Breakfast OK.
The accommodation was absolutely fine considering the price.
But what do I mean by that: the staff was very friendly and led you to your room.
The room itself was surprisingly clean and spacious. Obviously not huge but for totally fine for two people.
The bathroom situation was kinda odd but fine as well. The sink, toilet and shower were in separate weird little boxes instead of having a bath.
The sink was in the same room as the beds.
The surroundings were fine. There are many e-bikes around which you can use to go to the city. You’ll need around 35 min. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, farmers markets, bakeries etc all within 10 min walking distance. There’s a metro station 10 min away as well.
So all in all. The hotel is great if you need a place to stay and plan to stay out and about all day
good for transport connectivity, appallingly uncomfortable beds, with limited bedding.

The hotel was very close to the Metro Line 1 which was very convenient for getting around the city.
In hindsight, I wish I had booked a hotel with air conditioning if possible as the nights were extremely humid.
Only complaint was the shower, the bracket holding the shower head was loose and broken. You had to either hold the shower head with one hand or prop it on the wall which caused water to go all over the floor outside the stall.
