This was my favorite hotel. The room, although small, was clean. What made it special was the staff. Rachel was/is the best. I like pastries and Rachel took the time to tell us about some of the top pastry places. Every time we saw her, she made us feel at home. The other staff were great too. The other thing that stood out, was the diversity of the staff. All were great, even the cleaning people. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again. So glad I picked Hotel Madeleine Haussmann.

A little Parisian gem. The property is lovely with such a central location, easy reach of the metro, Louvre and Galleries Lafayette. The air con was very welcome this weekend with temperatures in the 30’s. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

No complaints. Centrally located with access to multiple metro lines. Air conditioning worked well (on a hot week in Paris). Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Beds were comfortable - the entire family slept well. Good value for the price.

The location is superb, nestled in a charming area with easy access to wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Despite the central location, the rooms are beautifully soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest. The staff’s attentiveness, friendliness, and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and unforgettable experience in Paris.

The property was conveniently located with some wonderful restaurants and shipping nearby. Our room was beautiful and sound proof. They also have the most comfortable beds! Which allowed us to get some needed rest. I loved the attentiveness, friendliness and responsiveness of their staff. Upon coming back from Marseilles we wished to book again but our room of choice was not available so we booked somewhere else which was a grave mistake! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a safe and unforgettable time in Paris

Travelled as a family of four. The Family size loft room with a double/queen and two twins was perfect. The property was located in a quiet neighbourhood, short walking distance to the sites we were interested in visiting, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was perfect to start our day.

Rooms small but perfectly formed! :)

Room was small but perfectly formed :) Staff were friendly and helpful. About a 5 minute walk from Metro. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street - was very Parisian. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed free tea, coffee and croissants at reception :)

Location is very good. Outstanding friendly staff provides excellent customer service. I love there is coffee machine in room, the hotel provides free refreshments at lobby, comfy bed and luxury linens. Noise cancellation was the only issue. Nonetheless, we will stay with them again.

Very small room, though nice bathroom. Building under construction with scaffolding outside window (as of April 2024)-- got notice from hotel to that effect day after check-in. Area near hotel is safe and convenient to tourist attractions but rather dull-- much better to stay in Marais.

Location can't be beat. Staff very accommodating. Bed and bed linens are GREAT quality. The air conditioning works very well, you can get it like a refrigerator in there if needed (my husband loves a cold room). It's well soundproofed. It's a Paris hotel room so it is small, you need to get creative how to store your clothes and suitcases in the room, it's like a puzzle. One small shelf in the bathroom would be a huge help, no room to put cosmetics. Overall a great stay.

Two people stayed in the room, and although there was no space to open suitcases, the room was clean and the shower had a satisfactory amount of water. However, the sound problem remained a major issue.The noise of doors closing and opening in the corridor was very loud and if you were on the same floor as someone returning from a club or a late dinner, your sleep would be compromised. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.

Room are very small does not match what’s in the photo. Check in was terrible , had to Waite hours for my room since we got in early after a 7:30 hrs flight , even though it says online there were open available rooms . Location was great close to metro and everything else .
