The hotel is good, but keep in mind it’s an old French building so NOIsY. The staff is very friendly. The beakfast was also good and at a good price. The area tho is a bit sketchy ( Paris north) but as soon as you walk 5 min south, the area is gorgeous!

There was no housekeeping and we were there for 3 nights. Towels and tea/coffee on arrival but then nothing. No check to refill toilet rolls, towels, tea/coffee,, sugar or milk. Staff friendly but disinterested. Bar stated on website but it was closed. No drinks on the bar shelves. Poor service but nice enough room

Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 2 children, and 2 adults spending 2 weeks in Europe. This stay was at the end of our trip and the staff made us feel very welcome. They also assisted with transportation to the airport and helped a few of us with our luggage. The continental breakfast was perfect for something light before our travel and the kids had leftovers for snacks. Highly recommend, the location was great for visiting Paris and getting from the train station to the hotel, then onto the airport.

Paris Family trip

Hotel was very handy to the Gare du Nord station. Family room was a good size, 4 beds and plenty of space. Bathroom very small,but clean and had everything we needed. We never had breakfast so unable to comment.
