"We had a pleasant staying experience at Atlas Hotel. Their staff are very friendly and willing to serve as what you requested. Their lounge and dining hall are beautiful and stylish. Breakfast was so tasty and delicious. Overall they deserved my 5 star rating!! Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Boston. Strongly recommend!!"

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...

"Breakfast was an amazing perk and so yummy! Location was great and close to the T-line. We traveled with our 9 and 12 year old and the area was friendly and felt very safe. The rooms were big and very comfortable. Very clean and overall the vibe of the place was very cool! We would definitely recommend and come back "

Hay muchos restaurantes, cafés, tiendas, etc., a pasos y la zona es muy concurrida y segura. Respecto a las habitaciones, están bien aunque no hay espacio y el perchero es diminuto y tienes que poner tu maleta en el piso y de ahí ir sacando tu jropa. "Greeted by valet. Checked in. Grabbed a few albums in lobby for the record player in room, which my son loved. Two queen beds were comfortable. Room size was great. Clean. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. Many options to choose from and help from staff was a first and welcomed. Had tickets for Red Sox and enjoyed being next door to Fenway, very convenient. Would recommend and stay here again. "

"My review is solely based on the room. On a stay of 4 days, I'd rate it at 3/5. Possibly a bit lower based on the cost. The room was decent, met our needs for the visit. Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. "This is not a blow, your socks off property by any means! Dated and just ok. You’ll get the same thing for far less expense at a Sheraton, Hilton or Hyatt. Staff waa nice. There was nothing bad but certainly nothing spectacular or memorable to rave about."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area but also in walking distance of a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the fridge door would no open without taking the cabinet door off. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"Marriott always seems to be a bit better than Hilton or Hyatt and this was true here. Room big enough, comfortable, good bathroom. Only problem: slightly saggy bed, enough to hurt my back. I also wish they provided shower caps but they did provide a robe and slippers upon request. "

Upon arrival, they said they had bad news and reduced us down to king bed and rollaway bed. Also 100 sq feet less. They stated that they overbooked and first to arrive gets it.
