7. The Bull Pen

St Austell

"We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. Top Par Hotel Reviews

St. Mellion Estate

10/10 Excellent

"It’s an absolute pleasure to stay here. The staff make you feel like an old friend."

Great Western Hotel

8/10 Good

"I liked this hotel, and it is in a great location. We had 2 rooms with sea views, and that was great. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were generally fantastic. I had a bit of an issue the first night with our room and wind whistling through a window, but I was moved with no qualms to a much bigger room that was much better. I believe this was a family room. The hotel is a bit of a warren to navigate as it is quite sprawling, but this is a minor thing in my eyes. I would go back"

Green Acres Cottages

10/10 Excellent

"We booked accommodation for 4 adults for a trip to Cornwall. It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads"
