"It was clean and comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable with a more up to date mattress but it was ok for the two nights. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps adding some extra cushions as the headboard were metal bars. This would make it far more comfortable to be able to lie in bed at night and watch the TV. The front desk people are fine but a little more enthusiasm when having a new guest to stay wouldn’t go amiss. Breakfast was great. Hot and cooked just right. Wait...

"If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. "Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very professional approach by not shouting out the room number but just giving the key cards - excellent. Dinner was also excellent with good service. Room very comfortable. Not much of a view but no complaints."

"Easy check in and we managed to get a space parked outside. Room was a good size with a comfy bed, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a good size bathroom, with a few toiletries. Breakfast had plenty of food to choose from and they provided vege sausage and boiled eggs when we asked for them. Pool was a bonus. It was small and very warm, but nice to relax in. "Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely.
