"The property is located in the heart of The Wharf, but there were not several homeless and/or loitering persons on that actual street (cannot say that about most other streets), so it is safer. They host a nightly manager's reception with beer and wine - what hotel still does that? The front desk, valets (and reception bartenders) were all nice and helpful"

"Sing better the scanning arm to get in and get out of the parking lot! People always get stuck trying to scan the card and they don’t know where to scan is just at the bottom of the screen but we have to take time looking for it! So just say scan your card at the bottom sing, thanks!"

"The biggest issue is there is no desk in the room. It's hard to work on a laptop on the bed. Having the restroom available is nice, but I want to be in my pajamas and work in my room instead of face the public. :)"
