Top Secret Beach Hotel Reviews
Hotel Caza Fisherman´s Wharf
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Caza! The hotel was cozy, welcoming, and had such a great atmosphere. The staff truly made our experience special. A huge thank you to Vanessa at the front desk and Elsur (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) at the bar. They were both wonderful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Truly 10/10 stars for the staff! We also loved the location. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do during our stay and made exploring San Francisco so easy. The only area I’d say could use some improvement is the pool. It looked like it was ready for a refresh, but luckily, we noticed that remodeling was already underway on the day we were leaving, so it looks like an upgrade is coming! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Caza. The cozy atmosphere, great location, and especially the amazing staff made this a memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf

"Helpful & kindness staff"
Oxford Suites Sonoma County
8/10 Good
"This hotel was nice and accommodating with free breakfast every day and one free drink during happy hour every day as well. Plenty of parking, nice staff, and not far away from the heart of wine country. Our room itself was slightly rundown with the couch leather peeling off completely in multiple areas, but that really didn’t take away from our experience at all. Why I didn’t rate it a five star though was due to the disgusting smell that radiated from outside of the hotel persistently during our stay. I’m not sure what that was, if they participate in on site composting or what. but it certainly was a turn off and was disappointing because it made us not want to utilize the outdoor amenities, such as the pool or hot tub due to the extreme smell. So just a heads up on that."
Hotel Zephyr San Francisco
10/10 Excellent
"Staff didn’t really tell us much and didn’t explain amenity fees, just gave me an invoice at the end. Didn’t ask me how anything was either. It was an okay stay. I appreciated housekeeping taking out garbage and make beds and providing fresh towels regularly."
DoubleTree by Hilton Sonoma - Wine Country

Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco
8/10 Good
"Excellent location just a couple blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf! Hotel is boutique in nature, which is different than the regular Hyatt hotel chain but it's charming as it was an old building that was renovated. The elevator situation is strange...only one of them stops at the Lobby level, where the other two go to the Ballroom level then you need to walk upstairs to the Lobby. Not a huge deal, but someone lacking convenience. Brick and Beam restaurant has a great breakfast and solid portions. Highly recommend the smoked salmon on a toasted everything bagel with the breakfast potatoes or fruit. Brick and Beam is only open for breakfast and dinner. Happy Hour starting earlier than 5pm and lasting longer than an hour would help with bringing hotel guests in twice a day! Hotel staff are excellent and always ready to assist!"
Marriott Vacation Club®, San Francisco
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, close to Fisherman's Wharf, and rooms are beautifully appointed. Exceptional for the price."
Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Great Boutique Hotel with water views across from the marina. Nice comfortable rooms with balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Walkable location to many restaurants and everything Sausalito has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff."
Stanyan Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, carpet outdated and not my favorite in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are able to hold your luggage upon check out, so you can continue to explore the city. Parking is located across the street near the police station, for a very reasonable fee. The area is quite and walkable, with Golden Gate Park across the street. On my next visit into the city I would definitely stay here rather than downtown."
