I never know the names of all the beaches I end up at. Maybe they don't even have names, but this is just a small beach down a very narrow, winding road. It's private but not always the cleanest in terms of seaweed. The road to get here isn't the best so just drive carefully.

On the quiet island of Miyagi, this kakigori café is the perfect place to cool down after some time on the beach. The ice is shaved according too current heat and humidity and also perfectly fluffy. Homemade toppings made from local and fresh ingredients and served in beautiful pottery made by the gallery next door make this shaved ice location extra special.

The room was amazing! There are kid games to help pass time. The pool on the roof show a great view of Okinawa! The restaurant downstairs is great. American Village is in walking distance making the experience amazing.

The hotel room is small, but comfortable. The range of items they have for the guests to borrow(it says “rent” but there’s no charge) is amazing, there is on site free laundry facilities and its on a quiet street that’s a short(800-1000 yen) uber to downtown.
