Hotel Dekat Chalk Sound National Park

"We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. "Good staff. Clean. But no gym"

"Great staff, always attentive and ready to help. The beach area is nice but it’s a few minutes walk from property that is not directly on the water. The view from our third floor was mostly construction but our room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the restaurant served delicious pizzas and one of the best giant shrimp risotto we’ve had."

"Resort was beautiful and I would most definitely go back. I just didn’t like the food for the price but that’s okay because they’re good food places off property. My room was so beautiful I had a private pool over looking the ocean. The most wonderful site l’ve seen in a while. Everything else was great room clean and resort is up to date. I will recommend anyone to go here. You really would have to go experience for yourself because words wouldn’t explain how amazing my stay was."

"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos The hotel was Very Clean, and the Staff was Friendly and welcoming. A special Thank you to Sherman the bellboy, who provided outstanding service. The Bar amazing with Great Drinks and excellent costumer service. The beach was absolutely beautiful one of the best beaches. The only suggestion I have is to offer more activities and entertainment other than that Everything was fantastic and I would Definitely stay here again."

"I felt that I should have been compensated for the elevator being out of order for the week. I was using a cane so a challenge every day for the steps."

"No elevators on the property. If you’re on the lower levels, you have to climb 6-8 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop pools. View was beautiful if you’re on the top levels. Some restaurants on site that were good for breakfast and drinks."
