"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."

Tive que pedir dois dias pelo menos 2 copos que tem normalmente em todos hoteis e este era aparte hotel . Não tem nada de cozinha só um refrigerador mais nada.os lençóis eram bem limpos e trocados seguidamente as toalhas também. Cuidado para quem ficar com apartamento para o lado do parque de diversão é muito barulho."
