equipe de limpeza sempre atenciosa e prestativa, meninas da tapioca muito simpatica, um elogio especial a Letícia que sempre demonstrou profissionalismo e educação. Somente sugiro que coloquem um ventilador na área da tapioca porque é muito quente tanto pra funcionaria quanto pros hospedes que tem que ficar esperando a sua tapioca, cabe tranquilamente um ventilador de chão naquele local.

A limpeza do hotel é impecavel. Possui uma barraca de praia de frente, o que traz comodidade aos hóspedes. Atendimento nota 10 e preços dentro do esperado. Café da manhã é bem variado e tudo que comemos no restaurante estava muito bom. Super indico a estadia aqui!

Todo estuvo excelente: habitación limpia todos los días, camas cómodas, todo el personal fue muy atento, las instalaciones estaban en perfecto estado en todo el hotel y se notaban los baños como nuevos. El parque de agua es excelente, los niños se divierten todo el día y los padres estamos tranquilos porque solo entran familias con niños, el perímetro está asegurado y además tienen servicio a la mesa. También la zona de entretenimiento y piscinas general es grande y ofrece diversión para adultos y niños. El menú de comidas es muy variado y de precios razonables. Finalmente la ubicación es excepcional, frente a la playa. Espero que volvamos, totalmente recomendado. Muchas gracias! (Aclaro que nadie me pidió escribir estos comentarios)

O cardápio do café tinha poucas opções. Um bom café, porém sentimos falta de ter cuscuz. Passamos 6 noites, só foi servido cuscuz 1 dia da semana. Podia servir aipim cozido e banana terra também diariamente que são opções comuns e saudades junto com o cuscuz. Vale dizer que a comida no café é muito saborosa, de ótima qualidade. As opções de bolos, tortas e salgados estavam muito gostosos. Hotel ótimo para família, filhos se divertiram muito. A barraca de praia do hotel fica de frente tem um cardápio muito bom (melhor que o do restaurante do hotel para almoçar) e com melhores preços também. Barraca conta com boa estrutura, área kids. Vale a pena ir. Ótimo hotel!
