"Three nights here scheduled at last minute after a major travel change. The road out front is a three lane highway separated by a divider plus a bike lane. Typically this would be a nightmare for me but I asked the manager for a fan and she lent me one that was on the noisy side which was great for me. I’m a “white noise” guy and can’t sleep in silence. I don’t want to hear motorcycles racing at 2am either and there was a little of that but not a lot. I requested a corner unit in the back away...

"Ein tolles Hotel mit unglaublich nettem und zuvorkommendem Service! Die Bungalows sind groß, sauber und bieten durch den Abstand zueinander auch abends angenehme Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist riesig und sehr abwechslungsreich – für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, und die direkte Lage am Strand von Khao Lak ist traumhaft. Einziger Nachteil: Durch die Strandlage ist man etwas abseits, Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man nur per Taxi oder selbst organisiert."

"Schöne kleine Unterkunft, sehr schön gepflegt und man ist wie in einem kleinen Dschungel , zwar nicht direkt am Strand , aber sind nur 2 min Fußweg zum Nang Thong Strand, man ist einfach nur über die Straße gelaufen und man ist direkt am Meer . Lage auch sehr gut, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in maximal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, nur die Straße hoch und mann kommt direkt am Nang Thong Supermarkt raus, der so ziemlich in der Mitte des kleinen Ortes liegt. "Tucked away behind Moo 4, The Khao Lak Palm Hill Resort is a hidden gem. Don’t expect beachfront chain hotel luxury but do expect rustic charm and a warm, friendly welcome. Far enough away from the main road to be peaceful and tranquil but close enough to access everything that the area has to offer by way of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The hotel has 49 large rooms, all surrounding a lovely pool and with the forest as a backdrop. There wasn’t one day that we didn’t get a sunbed...

"Very wonderful visit. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Room was cleaned and the staff was very helpful if I needed anything. My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport. Highly recommend, it was wonderful to always have little chats with the staff. Thank you very much!"
