"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"The room was dirty, the elevators was a 20 to 30 minute wait at all times. The staff was not helpful with a couple next door to us fighting, sweating and banging, smoking weed and loud music from 2am to 5am. Also TV was damaged in 1 of our rooms when we arrived, notified by phone to maintenance and left message, notified front desk, they tried to say we did it, but I took pictures upon arrival and also told housekeeping as they were still cleaning our room when we were given the key to entering. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, dirty sheets. Very loud and disorganized from the time we got there till we checked out the next day because it was unsafe and not worth what we paid! We had to fight to get a refund for the 3 nights we didn't stay. Expedia was great with helping us."
