"This was my 4th time staying at Humphreys. I love the hotel especially the grounds and the room but I am disappointed at the poor service I got especially for how pricey the room was that I booked. It was mainly the front desk staff- I found the majority of them I encountered to be quite rude and not sympathetic or helpful at all. Next time I attend a concert there I may look into booking my room at one of the other nearby hotels instead."

"We were greeted by a very professional employee who was very helpful. The property is older but very well kept up. The room was clean and the beds weee comfortable. My only concern was the musty smell that seems to be part of properties close to the beach."
