This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. We absolutely love the location and the view! The condo works out perfect for our family. It's walkable to so many shops, restaurants and fun things to do! It looks like they may have painted the unit, added some decor and fixed it up a bit from last time. We'll stay again next time! Highly recommend.

The property was nice. The staff was really helpful. The only issues i had was the loud noise upstairs that woke us up early everyday. I dod speak to someone about it, but the noise continued. I also had to buy towels and toilet paper. You could wash your towels but, we didn't have coins.

This was lovely, bed’s comfy, furniture was very nice lots of upgrades,lovely white towels. Great bedding. My only disappointment was tacky curtains, the curtain rods need to be higher and better blackout curtains. But it was a lovely enjoyable experience.

When you know your pool is going to be disgusting and that there will be drilling and hammering beginning at 8 in the morning and continuing all day long right outside a unit, perhaps you should let people know so they can make other arrangements. This sucks.

Room 10 is a studio and a converted garage with garage door windows for light, and no type of curtain creating light from outside all night through. tv remote not synced or working, shared wall with office and was very loud. Group meeting conducted early morning in office and could hear everyone as they were using a microphone. Pool is old and right outside the door. Vert noisy

Villa #4 has a wonderful large balcony with plenty of seating, BBQ and ocean view. 30 Stairs up to unit. Door locks need attention. Hot water in bathroom needs attention.

the architecture of the place was interesting. My sister's and I had fun looking at all the differences in our rooms and then trying to figure out how all the other rooms interlinked. If I didn't already live in an idyllic area, I would be tempted to move there!

Location is excellent, literally steps to the beach & walking distance to Carlsbad Village with numerous dining options. However, the property is old. Acccomodations were cramped & the walls paper thin (read: noisy!). Even though the room had no natural sunlight coming in, artificial light made the room difficult to sleep in. Overall, blah.
