The staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. I will say they charge a steep fee for parking. AC/Heater, some lights, phone, clock and TV didn't work. Pool hasn't worked for over 1 year. Kitchenette had no frying pan or spatula, also lacked the correct amount of dishes, cups, silverware and basic cooking supplies. "We stayed for 7 days, Lanai Suite. Loved the room, with huge closet and great back porch. Turn down was daily and always left extra towels and waters. Nice little quiet spot in the bay, puts you close to anything you want to eat or do. Would return. "
