I truly wish I remembered the names of the staff or had written them down. There was an older gentleman and a woman with braces in the restaurant that were so incredibly attentive and kind. There was a woman with glasses and a gentleman with facial hair at the front desk that were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made this location...

"We’ve had a lovely stay at our three house home for 4 nights. The service was really great and we felt so welcome from the moment we’ve arrived with first of all a tour around the hotel and our appartment, our host gave us some great advice on good restaurants, walks and other things to know to have the best time in Madeira. We stayed in touch for all our needs via Whatsapp which was super convenient. We will defenitely return! P.S the friday pinchos on the hotel rooftrop where sooo delicious,...

"A very good hotel with an excellent breakfast and great amenities. The room we stayed in—located on the floor 0 felt a bit dated; upon entering, there was a noticeable stale odor. In the evenings, there is wonderful live music in the bar and a very pleasant atmosphere. It is an adults-only hotel, though I would say its 55+. I recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"
