"El colchón del sofá cama era malo, no pudimos dormir. Al contrario de las camas que eran muy cómodas y las almohadas también. La habitación estaba bien y la propiedad también. La zona con muchas opciones de comida pero si te alejabas un poco entrabas a una zona no tan segura. En general bien. "

My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room...

"A very beautiful property just not the cleanest for the amount they want to charge. I'm thankful in the type of person that cleans every hotel before I stay or I wouldn't have been able to stay there at all. The amount of mold/mildew in the bathroom should definitely be addressed as their cleaning team definitely needs more training on basic cleaning methods. Other than the bathroom the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff definitely made up for the lack. I felt welcomed from getting out of...

"If you plan on staying in this hotel by all means the view is great, but if you plan on moving your vehicle at all the hotel does not validate In-N-Out parking. You have to pay every time you want to leave and come back. Unlike the normal hotel, La Quinta downtown Chicago validate parking yes it’s $70 but you can drive in and out as many times as you want during your stay. Unlike this hotel."

"There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."
