The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price."

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are at a fee. pool side get there early. The chicken tenders are amazing!! Patty the cleaning woman was the most helpful and always a smile on her face. Always happy to help or give a good tip /...

"Hotel was perfect. There were three pools and one was totally for children. One definitely was it an adult pool. Hot tubs, Tiki bar, great marketplace, great food couldn’t ask for anything more."

"The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia."

Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. "Air-conditioning did not work properly. The room was dirty. Was charged for a safe use in the room three dollars a day at check-in. Got to the room and it did not even have a safe. Hot water and a bed. Don’t expect much. "
