"The 'innkeeper' was terrific, engaging in knowledge of the property and of the location. The whole room were tastefully done with rich tradition of the Bed and Breakfast. He made a great breakfast with awesome coffee! It was a much-needed diversion from the standard hotel complimentary breakfast! Would highly recommend staying at least 1 night there and prove me wrong (which you won't!)."

"Nice Historic Hotel in the middle of a number of walkable restaurants and gift shops. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Complimentary beach chairs and towels were available in the room which was nice."

"Room was filthy when we checked in there were bedbugs. There were stains all over the sheets. The floors were so filthy. I put my baby down for just two minutes and her feet and her thighs were black. That’s how dirty it was. There was no water pressure in the shower. It literally just dripped. There was no security. And they would not refund my money so I could find a different place. People up in the pool, screaming all night, long with the radio blasting. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

"The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to rent beach chairs, which was an awesome bonus. The property is retro and as advertised. Not fancy and could use some upgrades, but perfect for a budget friendly beach getaway. Great location."

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. "At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. "The beach house is located in a Great spot for families who are interested in spending time in the ocean and on the sand… As well as having a beautiful pool for swimming and lounging. The rooms are comfortable if you book a junior suite. The standard rooms feel a little musty and dated. The junior suites have ample room, are well decorated and comfortable. "Having to pay to park on the property is something else that now seems that more hotels are adding to additional costs but it balances out with not having to pay to park at the beach and with the beach being within walking distance."
