"Exceptional staff. My husband lost his wallet and someone ended up turning it in for us. He had over $200 cash in it and we for sure thought the cash was gone with the wind, however it all turned out to be there. Come to find out later it was one of the house cleaners that found it outside in the lounge area and turned it in for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Love this place. Will be there again for sure! "

"Parking was not the best. When I checked in I was told it was for guests only. We had to put a sheet of paper on the dash to show we were staying there. On Friday we went in town and when we got back there was no place to park because they were letting others park there for the day. I will not be returning because of this."

"Great location we did have an issue with a server at bar Louie she had a attitude problem and didn’t seem happy at all then when we were to pay the bill we were double charge and wanted us to pay again "

"Booked 2 rooms for a week, they put us on different floors. They agreed to move us closer the next day. Room they gave us then was tucked in a corner with view from the balcony was the blank wall of other wing of hotel. They also had 2 hot tubs outside that were both barely warm"

"I'm gonna put it this way. Stay was ok overall clean. I checked in after office was closed. Went to the bar in the back because thats what the sign says at office. Bartender was doing karaoke and i literally had to wait till the "king" finished his song to get my key. My opinion not professional at all. Beach access was good though. Not very much parking so not too happy about that either."

"Our first night here we had absolutely no water pressure, and no hot water. I brought my kids with me and we couldn’t bathe them, we couldn’t wash bottles, and we couldn’t shower. They finally fixed it the next day in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean but the towels and bed sheets smelled very weird. The towels were stained and there was hair (not from us) on the face towels when we first arrived, which made me grossed out a little. The room was big and spacious though, one of the tvs...
