"We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!"

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony.
