You are well looked after with amenities such as laundry (and detergent), separate bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with all appliances - even a dishwasher. There is a wonderful concierge who provided a wealth of information and tour upon arrival. "The W was excellent. The reserve is just breathtaking with its natural beauty. The beach access was another winner!! The sand and water were picture worthy. You can see iguanas and hear the holler monkeys from your balcony. We got the all inclusive package and sometimes that’s a gamble but the food was outstanding. The drinks were not watered down like a lot of establishments. We had excellent service from Robert, Kaylor, and Liz. We loved every minute of our stay. "

Breakfast was great. The menu was more of a guide than a fixed option. The owner was such a great guy and helped us with everything we needed, including car repair. We will 100 percent be back."
