"The location and cleanliness were excellent. The buffet always had fabulous options, and the staff in the restaurant were amazing. The gym is excellent. However, the heaviest DB is 25kg. Rooms were modern yet comfortable and large. The front desk staff were friendly. The published policies are not inclusive. New rules are created depending on who is working. Breakfast was amazing, lunch was good but there was nothing open for dinner other than the restaurants with reservations that had none open and available. "The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The staff is amazing!! We had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and we called the front desk and they had someone working on it within10 minutes. They offered us another room until our AC was repaired but we loved our second room so we stayed. The hotel even gave us a $180.00 credit! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive.
