"A wonderful stay! Extremely kid friendly. Pool and lazy river nice. Right on the beach. Clean. Towels provided at the pool, and the hot walkway going to the beach had a little water sprinkler on it, which helped to keep it cool! Also can’t beat a nice complementary breakfast spread when you’re traveling with the family!"

"My main concern was that the door in our room to the balcony bottom latch did not work and I have a 8 year old on the 6th floor. The AC leaves alot to be desired it doesn't work very well, room gets hot and humid. Also wish the beach chairs and umbrellas were still included in stay, there an extra $50 per day. Everything else was excellent."

"The breakfast was severed only until 9 am? Our room wasn’t clean and was soap left in soap from previous guests."

"It has beautiful beach view the pool is also very nice but the room is very outdated we did find 2 roaches the first night the rooms are quite old as well. Our room would get very damp because of the bathroom when showering."

"Room 128 is not a beach view, terrible and way smaller than the rest of the same price and noooo view. Tv also didnt work. Worst place to stay."

"Pull out couch has you sleeping on springs suggest buy you an air mattress."

"Mold in the bathroom, our sheets were never changed in 4 days but made the bed, and when was told just said OK we will pass that along. Parking is terrible."

"The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are worn out and in desperate need of an update and remodel. No hot water even after maintenance reset the hot water heater. The bed was so worn out that they sunk down jn the middle. Stove was worn and didn't work properly. The worst part of the whole place was the pool was disgusting! The 3 nights we were there the pool or area around it was not cleaned! There was either dog poop ( seahaven is not pet friendly) of human poop on the pool deck...

"The staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The appearance online was a little misleading to the property currently. There is new management and they are working hard to make it better. Its in a great location and close to everything. The beach is a short walk across the street."

"Don't go here. If you like the smell of weed and a very mismanaged unmaintained property this is it. The violations of health and life safety are astonishing. The management knows it's nasty and agrees with the patrons but do nothing. The first room had some body food in several places and the mattress was horrible. We asked for another and it was cleaner but still nasty. We had no choice but to stay so I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to make it livable. We would not allow the kids...

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"We had a great view of the pool, street, beach, and pier. Fun for people watching and beautiful sites. It was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The pool was big and all the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant is rude and disrespectful. But other than that we would be stay here again. My kids loved it."
