I had such a wonderful time at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Panama City Florida Hotel from May 18-22 2026 stay. I enjoyed the amazing amenities like the complimentary breakfast, pool and beach access and especially the hotel room with beach front balcony. The beach virws were absolutely amazing. We paid for beach view got a city view. AC didn’t work and the maintenance had to replace the whole PTAC unit. Elevators were extremely slow. Although the pool was great and great access to the beach. I’d stay there again.

The room is okay and clean. The only thing was the bed sheets has a little smell to it. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and it was delicious. I love the beach access. Biggest problem was the elevators. This needs to be improve because it was too slow! We had to wait about 10 minutes for it.

The room was just a box and the only plus was that we scheduled a beach view. Room was not a great value. Pool and beach access were fine. The room was very noisy from outside the hall (guest kids running in hallway) and other floor's miscellaneous noise. It was hard to sleep and only my exhaustion helped the situation.

Although the ambiance of the outside of the property was excellent (the pool,lounge area , lobby , beach area ) the rooms were terrible. Walls were filthy , bed totally uncomfortable . The tv is offset and not even in front of beds. The hallways smelled like PEE. Def not like any marriot Bonvoy I’ve ever stayed at. They really need to do the rooms over instead of concentrating on the ambiance of the outside so much.
